Chris’ practice is concentrated in the area of workers’ compensation defense and litigation. He has successfully
litigated cases before courts in New Jersey and Colorado.
Prior to forming Condit Csajaghy LLC in January 2011,
Chris was a Partner at the firm of Overturf McGath Hull and Doherty, PC. Prior to that, Chris was Litigation Counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, handling workers’ compensation matters for Liberty’s insureds, both big and
small.  During the course of his practice Chris has forged relationships with numerous Self-Insured and Insured

Steve is a business lawyer specializing in commercial litigation, including securities arbitration and litigation, SEC and Colorado Division of Securities litigation, FINRA arbitration, insurance and insurance bad faith litigation and real estate litigation.
Mr. Csajaghy was admitted to practice law in the State
of Colorado, but has handled cases across the country.
Mr. Csajaghy has tried and arbitrated dozens of cases
to verdict, and handled and argued numerous appellate
actions, including arguments before the Tenth Circuit Court
of Appeals and the Colorado Court of Appeals.

Having lived in Russia and China, Steve speaks, reads and
writes Russian, and has a working knowledge of spoken Mandarin Chinese. As an avid skier, mountain biker and hiker, Steve spends much of his time with his family enjoying the mountains of Colorado.

Marisa is a business lawyer specializing in commercial litigation, including contract disputes, defense of officers and directors, securities litigation, trade secrets litigation, and employment disputes.  Marisa is admitted to practice law in state and federal courts in Colorado and has also litigated in state and federal courts across the country.  Marisa has represented numerous large and small companies, including various national accounting firms, financial institutions, technology companies and other individuals and small businesses.   
Prior to joining Condit Csajaghy LLC in August 2012, Marisa practiced law at Reilly Pozner LLP, a litigation boutique in Denver, Colorado, handling a variety of complex commercial cases in Colorado, California and New York.  Before that, Marisa practiced for many years at the international law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher where she focused on securities litigation and other large class actions as well as contract disputes and accounting malpractice cases.  Before starting her career in private practice, Marisa was a law clerk for the Honorable Walker D. Josh’s practice focuses on business litigation of all sizes as well as real estate and probate litigation. Josh has litigated business disputes involving breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, covenants not to compete/solicit, breaches of the duty of loyalty, bylaw and policy interpretation, and receiverships.  Josh’s experience in real estate litigation includes cases involving construction contracts, payment and change order disputes, delay issues, commercial leases, premises liability and eminent domain.  With respect to probate litigation, Josh’s experience includes matters involving claims of undue influence, breach of fiduciary duty, capacity issues and contested guardianship and conservator proceedings.

Having successfully tried cases to juries and judges in state and federal court as well as matters in arbitration, Josh has been named a Rising Star by Colorado Super Lawyers in 2013, 2014 and 2015.

Prior to joining Condit Csajaghy LLC in December 2015, Josh practiced in the Denver office of Lewis Roca Rothgerber LLP (f/k/a Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons LLP) where he litigated a vast spectrum of cases in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah and Texas.  Prior to law school, Josh taught at Temple University and St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as an Adjunct Professor.
