Further, Condit Csajaghy often advises clients with respect to pre-litigation matters, including potential options to avoid or mitigate the effects of litigation.
FINRA & Broker-Dealer Securities Litigation and Arbitration
Condit Csajaghy LLC frequently represents financial advisors and broker-dealers in arbitrations before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Condit Csajaghy also counsels financial advisors and broker-dealers on the multitude of issues that often arise when changing employers.
Arbitration
While litigation may often be the preferred or only technique for resolving disputes, at Condit Csajaghy LLC we also represent clients in arbitration proceedings. In addition, we work to reduce the delays, risks, and costs of litigation whenever appropriate by using efficient alternative methods of dispute resolution, such as mediation or mini-trials.

Appeals
Condit Csajaghy LLC understands that the litigation process does not necessarily end at the conclusion of trial. The attorneys at Condit Csajaghy regularly prosecute and defend appeals in the Colorado Court of Appeals, the Colorado Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
