Josh’s practice focuses on commercial/business litigation of all sizes as well as real estate and probate litigation. Josh has litigated business disputes involving breaches of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, ownership disputes, covenants not to compete/solicit, breaches of the duty of loyalty. In his real estate litigation practice, Josh has litigated matters involving the enforceability of options to renew, interpretation of commercial leases, and use restrictions. In his probate litigation practice, Josh has litigated matters involving allegations of undue influence, breach of fiduciary duty, capacity issues, and contested guardianship and conservator proceedings.
Over the last decade, Josh has successfully tried numerous cases to juries, judges, and arbitrators. Josh was named a Rising Star by Colorado Super Lawyers in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 in the area of general litigation.
Prior to joining Condit Csajaghy, Josh practiced in the Denver office of Lewis Roca Rothgerber LLP (f/k/a Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons LLP) where he litigated a vast spectrum of cases in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, and Texas. Prior to practicing law, Josh was an Adjunct Professor at Temple University and St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
