Marisa is a business lawyer specializing in commercial litigation, including contract disputes, defense of officers and directors, securities litigation, trade secrets litigation and employment disputes. Marisa is admitted to practice law in state and federal courts in Colorado and has also litigated in state and federal courts across the country. Marisa has represented numerous large and small companies, including various national accounting firms, financial institutions, technology companies and other individual businesses.

Prior to joining Condit Csajaghy LLC in August 2012, Marisa practiced law at Reilly Ponzer LLP, a litigation boutique in Denver, Colorado, handling a variety of complex commercial cases in Colorado, California and New York. Before that, Marisa practiced for many years at the international law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher where she focused on securities litigation and other large class actions as well as contract disputes and accounting malpractice cases. Before starting her career in private practice, Marisa was a law clerk for the Honorable Walker D. Miller of United States District Court for the District of Colorado. Prior to law school, Marisa served as a press assistant in Washington, D.C. for U.S. Senator Don Nickles.
