Chris’ practice is concentrated in the area of workers’ compensation defense and litigation. He has successfully litigated cases before courts in New Jersey and Colorado.

Prior to forming Condit Csajaghy LLC in January 2011, Chris was a Partner at the firm of Overturf McGath Hull and Doherty, PC. Prior to that, Chris was Litigation Counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, handling workers’ compensation matters for Liberty’s insureds, both big and small. During the course of his practice Chris has forged relationships with numerous Self-Insured and Insured Employers, Third Party Administrators and Insurance Carriers.
