Steve is a business lawyer specializing in commercial litigation, including securities, arbitration and litigation, FINRA arbitration, insurance and insurance bad faith litigation and real estate litigation. Mr. Csajaghy was admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado, but has handled cases across the country. Mr. Csajaghy has tried and arbitrated dozens of cases to verdict, and handled and argued numerous appellate actions, including arguments before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Colorado Court of Appeals.

Having lived in Russia and China, Steve speaks, reads and writes Russian, and has a working knowledge of spoken Mandarin Chinese. As an avid skier, mountain biker and hiker, Steve spends much of his time with his family enjoying the mountains of Colorado.

Prior to forming Condit Csajaghy LLC in January 2011, Steve was a Partner at the Denver law firm of Rothgerber Johnson and Lyons, LLP, handling complex civil litigation and securities-related disputes.
